Ciliegiolo is a traditional though rarely seen Ligurian red grape. This is either a red that drinks a bit like a rosé, or a rosé that drinks a bit like a red. Tons of cherry and red berries, tangy acidity, hint of tannins.
Organic Pinot Noir & Gamay from 4th generation producer in Muscadet. Jeremie Huchet uses a combo of stainless steel & new underground concrete vats lined with glass, & concrete eggs. Vibrant red fruit, rich texture w/lots of acidity. Very food friendly.
Moristel and Garnacha from vineyards planted around 450m above sea level, in sandy soils, scarce in organic matter. Hand-harvested, 1st press juice. Light, delicate, mineral-driven, w/touch of red fruit.
This rosé is full of strawberry and raspberry notes, a little bit of savory spice, it’s lush on the mid-palate but bursting with cool, refreshing acidity.
