Moristel and Garnacha from vineyards planted around 450m above sea level, in sandy soils, scarce in organic matter. Hand-harvested, 1st press juice. Light, delicate, mineral-driven, w/touch of red fruit.

Organic rosé Cava. Fresh, bright red fruit, finely structured, (small) crowd pleaser.
