Sparkling wine made from the red Baga grape from the Panasqueira Vineyard. Dry, crisp, raspberries, strawberries, and smoke.

50 yr old vines, de-stemmed, indigenous yeast fermentation, 3-5 days post-fermentation maceration (15 days total with punch-downs). Aged for 12 months in older oak barrels.

Ripe green apple, citrus, delicate white fruit, crisp acidity. No oak. Food-friendly & versatile.

Barrel fermented with indigenous yeast and aged in 50% new oak, and undergoes malolactic. It is balanced between rich fruit and zippy acidity. Vanilla and baked apple on the nose give way to tropical notes, then orchard fruit on the palate.
