5th generation Mosel producer; very steep slopes are farmed biodynamically. This dry Riesling pet-nat is from 60+ year old vines. Honeyed, yeasty, filled w/flowers & delicate spices, lightly oxidative, lovely texture. Tart, green apple on finish. Limited.

Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay planted on chalky clay soil, sustainably farmed, hand-harvested, natural yeast fermentation. 24 months on fine lees before disgorgement then another 12 months in bottle
