Organic light red (some consider a rosé) made from Trepat, a Gamay-like Spanish grape. Red fruit accented, woodsy, herbal, low alcohol, crisp acidity. Put a slight chill on it.

Round, fruity, approachable, tasty. Not too sweet, finishes a bit dry.

From the Rüdesheimer Drachenstein, where the pure quartzite soil lends a saltiness to the orange citrus-flavors, and balances the acidity and sugar.

Eins Zwei Dry organic Riesling is dry, as the name suggests, with refreshing notes of peaches, apricots, green apples, and lime-zest throughout.

Off-dry, juicy, peachy, & delicious.

Elegant and medium-bodied, with lots of crunchy fruit and black pepper on the nose and palate.

Single-vineyard, biodynamic Chardonnay from the Macon commune of Milly-Lamartine. Whole cluster fermented in large casks. Broad palate, apples, lemons & tangerines, creamy, medium acidity, ginger & anise on the finish.

Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chenin Blanc vinified separately using native yeast, then aged thoughtfully in a mix of neutral oak and stainless steel.

Fermented in stainless steel w/native yeast & aged 7 months in neutral French oak. Inviting, enveloping, aromatic.

Fresh & frothy with candied lemon & pears throughout. Full-bodied, with creamy bubbles. Fun with pizza!
