5th generation producer in the south of France. Much of this 100ha property was originally pond & swampland that was filled in. Now the vines go deep through schist to seek water in the blue clay. This cab is rich, smooth, & satisfying.

Family owned domaine dating back to 1748. 50% Syrah, then Grenache, Mourvedre, Marselan. Loads of garrigue spice, black olive notes, black cherry, and cassis fruit flavors from the Syrah & black pepper on the finish. Perfect for grilled meats.

Very lively, mineral-driven, lime zest, stones, crisp green apple. Lots of acidity that mellows out with air, broadening the palate.

Fermented in clay amphorae & aged for 6 months in stainless steel, this organic, medium-bodied Montepulciano is soft & silky, with dark fruit & violets throughout, and a lovely, slightly earthy finish.
