100% Pinot Noir from the village of Ecueil, half fermented in mostly neutral barrel, the other half fermented in stainless. The only malolactic fermentation is via the inclusion of reserve wine that has naturally gone through the process. 7g/L

Organic, 40% Pinot Noir, 25% Meunier, & 35% Chardonnay from four 1er Cru parcels. Sur latte for minimum 60 months. 4.5g dosage. Very fine, a touch of toast and spice, refreshing minerality and acidity on the finish.

Single vineyard Chardonnay from 40+ year old vines planted in chalk & clay, aged in new & old barrels for 12 to 24 months, then held in bottle for 1 to 5 years until it's disgorged. Fine, mineral-driven, lemon sparks, & salty stones...Organic. NV Solera.

60% Pinot Meunier/40% Chard. Mostly 2017 vintage, some reserve from 2012-2016. On the lees for 2 yrs. Dry, baked apple, savory herbs.
