9th generation family estate dates to 1735. Organically farmed. Gold/pink hue, fine/creamy bubbles. Notes of peaches, flowers, & pepper followed by grapefruit & lemon. Have as aperitif, w/brunch, w/sweetly-savory dishes...it's versatile & delicious.

This zesty sparkling Chenin is from 40 year old vines, fermented and aged in 9 & 10 year old barrels with a dosage of just 3g/L. On the nose it’s tropical fruit and lemon cream. On the palate there’s candied lime, chalky minerality, and a creamy finish.

100% Gamay, organically farmed, aged on the lees for 12-18 months. Delicious, sweet strawberries, ripe red fruit, lively acidity, tiny bubbles....

Supple, frothy, sparkling rosé of 80% Syrah and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon from organically farmed vines in a unique, cooler microclimate in the Sierra de Gredos where Syrah and Cabernet ripen gradually and achieve balanced, unexpected wines.
