Biodynamic sparkler from Alsace made from Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Auxerrois, & Chardonnay. Silky, floral, limestone-chalky, touch of leafy, tropical notes emerge, then subtle toast on the finish.
Organic & biodynamically farmed Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay bottled with 8g dosage, but drinks on the drier side, with notes of pear, hazelnut, spice, and dried flowers.

75% Pinot Noir from Bouzy, Ambonnay and Tours-sur-Marne, and 25% Chardonnay from Tauxières. It’s full-bodied and leesy, with apples, pears, a touch of kirsch, and a beautiful fine-beaded texture.
Very aromatic, with notes of almond, lemon curd, subtle sweet oak. On the palate it's balanced & energetic with tropical fruit, white pepper, toast. Precise, elegant finish.
