70% Chenin Blanc, 20% Chardonnay, and 10% Cab Franc blend. Two years on the lees. Fruit-forward, fine bubbles.

Biodynamic pet-nat of 95% Sangiovese & 5% Malvasia from a tiny, Umbrian estate. Bottled unfiltered, un-fined, and with no added sulphur. Bright red-berry fruit, zesty minerals, refreshing way to wet the whistle.

Biodynamic sparkler from Alsace made from Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Auxerrois, & Chardonnay. Silky, floral, limestone-chalky, touch of leafy, tropical notes emerge, then subtle toast on the finish.

Organic, 90% Chenin Blanc, 10% Grolleau, on lees for 30 months, 2.5gL dosage. Creamy, saline-mineral laced, toasted nuts, apples & pears....

Organic & biodynamically farmed Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay bottled with 8g dosage, but drinks on the drier side, with notes of pear, hazelnut, spice, and dried flowers.

50/50 Pinot Noir & Chardonnay, farmed without herbicides or pesticides, native yeast fermentation in 600L demi-muids. 4g/L, mo malo. Disgorged July 2021.

75% Pinot Noir from Bouzy, Ambonnay and Tours-sur-Marne, and 25% Chardonnay from Tauxières. It’s full-bodied and leesy, with apples, pears, a touch of kirsch, and a beautiful fine-beaded texture.

Very aromatic, with notes of almond, lemon curd, subtle sweet oak. On the palate it's balanced & energetic with tropical fruit, white pepper, toast. Precise, elegant finish.

100% organic Pinot Meunier from 6 parcels, harvested separately, fermented in old French oak. Very fine mousse, savory, red fruit, brioche, preserved lemon, precise minerality.
