70% Chenin Blanc, 20% Chardonnay, and 10% Cab Franc blend. Two years on the lees. Fruit-forward, fine bubbles.

Biodynamic, no-dosage, low sulfur Pinot Noir, Trousseau, & Poulsard. Bone dry but fruit-forward with ripe strawberry, raspberry, and a gorgeous, full & creamy texture.

This crémant is made from 100% Trousseau. It’s dry and energetic with notes of strawberries, cherries, and candied fruit that finishes with brisk, Alpine minerality. Biodynamic.

Organic & biodynamically farmed Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay bottled with 6g dosage, but drinks on the drier side, with notes of pear, hazelnut, spice, and dried flowers. Limited availability.

Biodynamic Blanc de Noirs from 100% old vine Pinot Meunier, fermented w/native yeasts in barrel & aged under cork. Polished, savory, ripe plum, orange blossom, salty minerality.

50/50 Pinot Noir & Chardonnay, farmed without herbicides or pesticides, native yeast fermentation in 600L demi-muids. 4g/L, mo malo. Disgorged July 2021.
