75% Pinot Noir from Bouzy, Ambonnay and Tours-sur-Marne, and 25% Chardonnay from Tauxières. It’s full-bodied and leesy, with apples, pears, a touch of kirsch, and a beautiful fine-beaded texture.
Fleury Blanc de Noirs is 100% Pinot Noir. Classic, balanced between rich & brisk. Dark cherries and red fruits, herbs, and nutty, biscuity notes on the finish. Very gentle, elegant bubbles. Biodynamic.
100% Chardonnay. Longitude is 60% base wine from the 2009 vintage fermented in stainless steel & 40% reserve wine from foudre & neutral oak. Aging on the lees for over two years. 4gr/l dosage. Biodynamic.
60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay from 50 year old vines. Aged 7 years on the lees before disgorgement, 8g/L dosage. Only made in great vintages, 2011 is the current release.
A friendly farmer-fizz made of 90% Pinot Noir & 10% Chardonnay, aged 2 years on the lees, bottled with 9g dosage. Rich & ripe flavors of apricots, apples, & pears. Easy-peasy crowd-pleaser.
