Product description
- Varieties: 90% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay
- Terroir: Southeast-facing, chalky subsoil with seams of alluvium.
- Viticulture: Lutte raisonnée
- Vinification: Bucher pneumatic press, only the first pressing is used. Fermentation in enamelled steel tanks, reserve wines stored in stainless steel. No malolactic fermentation, long aging on lees.
- This cuvée is a tribute to Anaïs Jolicoeur a co-founder of Camille Savés champagne house.
