Bright, refreshing, hand-harvested Albariño. Extended lees aging tempers the naturally high acidity and accentuates the stone fruit and citrus.

Organic light red (some consider a rosé) made from Trepat, a Gamay-like Spanish grape. Red fruit accented, woodsy, herbal, low alcohol, crisp acidity. Put a slight chill on it.

100% Treixadura. Aromatic, notes of apples, kiwi, herbs & salty minerals. Rich mid-palate, with tropical fruit, salty again, fresh acidity, touch grassy. Yummy. Organic/wild yeasts/low SO2. 5 months on lees.

95% Palomino from a 25 year old plot in Macharnudo aged for a year under flor, and 5% Pedro Ximenez from a ten year solera.

Brisk, salty citrus, peaches, pineapple, lime, and tangerine. Crowd pleaser.
