This Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc) is a liter of sunshine and happiness. It’s floral, full of orchard fruit, beautifully textured, and simply delicious. Biodynamic.

*not Madeira. This is fortified solera wine from the Azorean island of Pico. Ripe citrus, honey, & almonds; textured but soft, finishes with brisk acidity and saline. Aging in old oak casks throughout the life of the wine until the time of blending.

Natural orange wine made from 100% Grecanico, fermented on the skins, bottled unfiltered & unfined with just a dash of SO2. Savory, aromatic, salty.

100% Nero d’Avola, fermented and aged in concrete for 9 months, bottled unfiltered, unfined, and with just a dash of SO2.
