Wine

100% Pais from 100 year-old vines. Light-bodied, bright acidity, cherries, strawberries, wild flowers & herbs.

Chardonnay with a touch of Riesling. Very, very tangy and acid-driven. Like a test, to see how much you like very, very tangy and acid-driven...?

*not Madeira. This is fortified solera wine from the Azorean island of Pico. Ripe citrus, honey, & almonds; textured but soft, finishes with brisk acidity and saline. Aging in old oak casks throughout the life of the wine until the time of blending.
