Riesling planted on steep, blue-slate hillside vineyards. No chemicals, hand-harvested, minimal intervention. Off-dry, balanced by zesty acidity and stony minerality.
Steep slate soils; second fermentation in tank; Pinot Noir with approximately 20% Cabernet and Merlot, élevage all stainless. Ripe strawberry, delicate bubble, slight glycerol texture lends an ethereal quality. Joy in a bottle.
Organically farmed, hand-harvested rosé of Pinot Noir, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon from 60+ year-old vines grown on steep slate hillsides. Very limited production.
