Organic Vernaccia macerated on the skins in glass-lined concrete vats. Golden-hued, rich & dry, honey, almonds, herbs, and a little bit of tannins on the finish.

4th generation family estate. Hand-harvested Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto, & Merlot, fermented & aged in stainless steel. Expressive, aromatic; cherries, violets, rosemary...Easy going & easy to pair w/vegetarian dishes, antipasti, roast chicken, etc.

Organic Trebbiano from Abruzzo. Fermented in stainless steel. Light, dry, crowd pleaser with fruity/floral notes on the nose, green apple, lemon, & basil on the palate.

Organic Montepulciano from Abruzzo. Fermented in stainless steel. Fresh cherries, soft, medium-bodied, crowd-pleaser.

3rd generation winemaking family, hand-harvested, farmed without chemicals. This 100% Cortese is refreshing, lightly fruity, and very easy-drinking.

Small production Brunello from seven south-facing hectares in the southernmost part of Montalcino. Fermentation is in stainless followed by time in a mix of Slavonian botti & barriques. Rich and ripe with bright acidity.
