Organic Trebbiano from Abruzzo. Fermented in stainless steel. Light, dry, crowd pleaser with fruity/floral notes on the nose, green apple, lemon, & basil on the palate.
Small production Brunello from seven south-facing hectares in the southernmost part of Montalcino. Fermentation is in stainless followed by time in a mix of Slavonian botti & barriques. Rich and ripe with bright acidity.
