100% Sangiovese aged for two years in Slovenian oak. Elegant, earthy, juicy red currants, lively acidity, silky tannins.

Blend of Uva Rara, Barbera, Croatina, Pinot Nero, & Riesling Renano co-fermented for 8 days on the skins. Cranberries, crisp red apples, blackberries. Finish is earthy and dry with saline minerality, and brisk, mouthwatering acidity. 

Organically farmed single vineyard Ribolla Gialla.

Lovely white with notes of lavender, peach, tropical fruit, & honey. Soft and full on the palate.

Smooth, sweetly spicy, concentrated, balanced, with a touch of grip on the finish. 24 months in Slavonian oak, 3 months in bottle before release.
