Low-to-no sulfur grenache blanc / vermentino / roussanne. Orchard fruit, pear, and elder flower on the nose lead to more orchard fruit on the palate mingling with fine acidity. Mouthfeel is slightly rounded, finish is long.
Single-vineyard, biodynamic Chardonnay from the Macon commune of Milly-Lamartine. Whole cluster fermented in large casks. Broad palate, apples, lemons & tangerines, creamy, medium acidity, ginger & anise on the finish.
Barrel fermented with indigenous yeast and aged in 50% new oak, and undergoes malolactic. It is balanced between rich fruit and zippy acidity. Vanilla and baked apple on the nose give way to tropical notes, then orchard fruit on the palate.
