French White

Biodynamic Chardonnay.

Organic blend of Gewurztraminer, Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Muscat. Jasmine, pear, cardamom, roses, lemon-balm...fresh, dry, medium-bodied. Pair w/ starters and seafood.

Low-to-no sulfur grenache blanc / vermentino / roussanne. Orchard fruit, pear, and elder flower on the nose lead to more orchard fruit on the palate mingling with fine acidity. Mouthfeel is slightly rounded, finish is long.

Single-vineyard, biodynamic Chardonnay from the Macon commune of Milly-Lamartine. Whole cluster fermented in large casks. Broad palate, apples, lemons & tangerines, creamy, medium acidity, ginger & anise on the finish.

Ripe green apple, citrus, delicate white fruit, crisp acidity. No oak. Food-friendly & versatile.
