70% Chenin Blanc, 20% Chardonnay, and 10% Cab Franc blend. Two years on the lees. Fruit-forward, fine bubbles.

A base of unfiltered apple cider blended with white wine & flavored with fruits like cherry, orange peel, & lemon, plus cinchona, wormwood, thyme, vanilla, artemisia, coriander, gentian etc. Kind of vermouth meets mead meets sherry meets amaro.

52% Minnesota • 48% Wisconsin

Dry, crisp, refreshing Favorita (aka: Vermentino). Hand-picked, fermented in stainless, lots of apples & zippy citrus lead to a light, clean finish. Easy aperitif, seafood & salad pairing,

70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Blanc from a lieu-dit above savigny-lès-beaune. Orchard fruit, white flowers, citrus and spice.

Dry-farmed, hand-harvested Cabernet Sauvignon. Fermented & aged in 20% new french oak for 18 months. Classic, smooth, & silky. Blackberry, leather, cassis on the nose. Earthy notes, green olives, peppercorns & black fruit on the palate.

Single vineyard, hand-harvested, 24 hours skin-contact. Fermented in used french oak, partial malo, 7 months on lees. Lots of acidity, green apple, wet stones, salt, twangy finish.
