Hand-harvested Concejon (Moristel) from a 90-100 year-old vineyard of 3.14 ha, aged 12 months in American & French oak. Full-bodied, with sour-cherry notes, dark plums, cocoa, tobacco, sweet tannins. Have w/ red meat, hard cheeses, serrano ham, olives.

For the math lover? Hand-harvested Garnacha Blanca from 60+ yr old vines; 6 months in French oak. Apples, pear, melon; lightly creamy texture with lemony acidity & hints of herbs. Pair w/fish, veggie pasta, chicken, pork loin w/rosemary & thyme...

Flowers, honey, & citrus on the nose. The palate is balanced between sweetness, richness, and fresh acidity. Have with desserts, and fruit and cheese plates.
