Organic Cab Franc, Gamay, and a touch of Cot. Partial carbonic, medium-bodied, sour cherry & rhubarb...sprinkle of cracked black pepper. This is a fun, lively, food-friendly red.

Organically farmed Gamay from old vines planted on granite.

5th generation, organic, family winery. 100% Savatiano, hand-harvested, 5 days skin contact, 10 months on lees. Umami, green (but not underripe) vegetable notes, hints of lemon curd, marzipan, pastry... lovely texture, 13% abv.

70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Blanc from a lieu-dit above savigny-lès-beaune. Orchard fruit, white flowers, citrus and spice.
