A 12.5 hectare vineyard based in savigny-lès-beaune and run by the dubreuil family since 1940. The savigny-lès-beaune appellation covers 354 hectares including 142 ha in premier cru. 317 ha are planted with pinot noir and only 37 with chardonnay. maximum yields for reds are 40 hl/ha; 45 hl/ha for the whites. The aging will last around 11 months (50%, in stainless still vat and 50% in oak barrels)
The soil is worked mechanically without the help of chemical herbicide, a stripping can take place depending on the year to guarantee an optimum quality of grapes. The harvest is done manually with a 25kg box to avoid bursting the grapes too much.
