Aged in cement w/ no additives except a dash of SO2 at bottling. Grenache, Cinsault & Syrah from vines at least 40 years old. Medium-weight, bright acidity, fruity, herbal, earthy. Producer’s website calls it a “wine of conviviality”. Sounds about right
Chenin Blanc grown on limestone, fermented in stainless steel, extended lees contact. Technique called debourbage is used where the must is allowed to settle & the wine is bottled sans filtration, adding depth to the lively, limestone minerality.
Organic Gamay. Fresh, bright, minerally with notes of cherry, raspberry, and a touch of spice on the finish. It's an easy sipper that will complement the meal without overpowering it. Shows best with a slight chill.
Blend of Grenache Gris & Grenache Noir, and small amounts of Mourvèdre, Carignan, and Cinsault. Fresh, ripe red fruit on the nose follows through on the palate of this vibrant and lively rosé.
