Organic Gamay. Fresh, bright, minerally with notes of cherry, raspberry, and a touch of spice on the finish. It's an easy sipper that will complement the meal without overpowering it. Shows best with a slight chill.

Old-vine Carignan & Grenache, without added SO2. Carbonic in cement vat, indigenous yeast, unfiltered. Deep purple, nose of violets & red fruits. Fruity & round on the palate w/hints of plums & licorice. Tannins are fine & smooth. Organic.

This organic white is from the grape Pinot Auxerrois, a highly aromatic selection of Pinot Blanc developed in Lorraine to replant the vineyards after the phylloxera crisis. The grapes are from 2 plots in Lucey & Buligny on clay & limestone hills.

80% Gamay Noir + 20% Pinot Noir = 100% delicious. Ruby red grapefruit, loads of zest and zing, gulpably delicious. Organic.

100% Gamay, organically farmed, aged on the lees for 12-18 months. Delicious, sweet strawberries, ripe red fruit, lively acidity, tiny bubbles....

Dark fruit, brambly, expressive Beaujolais. Practicing biodynamic.
