90/10 Merlot/Cab Franc. 40 year old vines. Hand-harvested, vinified in cement, raised in French oak barrels, 25% of which are new, for twelve to fifteen months. Balanced, nuanced, silky tannins.

Certified organic. 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot.
