Fleury Blanc de Noirs is 100% Pinot Noir. Classic, balanced between rich & brisk. Dark cherries and red fruits, herbs, and nutty, biscuity notes on the finish. Very gentle, elegant bubbles. Biodynamic.

Organic /biodynamic grower Champagne, 65% pinot noir and 35% chardonnay from both Premier and Grand Cru fruit across Bouzy, Ambonnay, Louvois and Tauxieres.

Single vineyard Chardonnay from 40+ year old vines planted in chalk & clay, aged in new & old barrels for 12 to 24 months, then held in bottle for 1 to 5 years until it's disgorged. Fine, mineral-driven, lemon sparks, & salty stones...Organic. NV Solera.
