Organic & biodynamic farming. Hand-harvested Xarel-lo, Macabeo, and Parallada aged nearly 3 years on the lees. 6g dosage.

This sparkling is floral-scented, fruity, and full of mouth-watering, tart, citrus-driven zest. It’s a perfect brunch sparkler, or with spicy or salty dishes.

The Kidzz (in spirit!) Table Thanksgiving Pack is for the slightly more adventurous palate, but don't worry, it doesn't veer too far afield.  Notes below. Wine notes & carrying case included.
