Smooth, sustainably farmed blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, & Petite Sirah, aged 24 months in 30% new French oak. Dark cherry, plums, vanilla, cocoa & cinnamon, a dash of fennel, velvety tannins.

Hand-harvested, estate grown Barbera from 35+ year old vines, tank fermented. Sweet & sour cherries, wild strawberries, all around fresh and fizzy fun.

Delicate frizzante fermented in stainless steel. Floral, honeyed, and aromatic, with hints of chamomile and lime. Organic.

Skin contact Moschofilero, spontaneous yeast fermented, unfiltered, with only a dash of SO2 at bottling. Dry, floral, spicy.

95% Palomino from a 25 year old plot in Macharnudo aged for a year under flor, and 5% Pedro Ximenez from a ten year solera.

Certified organic Garganega, medium bodied, citrus, peaches, white flowers, zesty mineral finish.
