Hand-harvested, native yeast, minimal intervention Gamay. Aromatic, silky, juicy, medium-bodied, with dark fruit, earthy undertones, & mouth-watering acidity.

Late picked Assyrtiko from Megalochori, 12 hours on skins. Rich, powerful, but fresh. Aged one year in old French oak; sweet, honeyed, ripe. 15% abv but holds it well. Age-worthy. Pair w/grilled meat, cheese plates.

Biodynamic Pinot Noir & Gamay. A spry, juicy wine, full of sour cherries and black fruit. 13.5%abv.
