Unlitro is a blend of Alicante, Carignan, Sangiovese, Mourvedre, & Alicante Bouschet from vineyards planted at 200-250 meters above sea level, then fermented and aged for 6 months in cement. Organic, very low SO2. Put a little chill on it, toss it back.

Natural orange wine made from 100% Grecanico, fermented on the skins, bottled unfiltered & unfined with just a dash of SO2. Savory, aromatic, salty.

100% Nero d’Avola, fermented and aged in concrete for 9 months, bottled unfiltered, unfined, and with just a dash of SO2.

This is a rustic, spicy, light/medium bodied red with dried-herb notes and a touch of dark cherry fruit. Goes well with pasta, olives, spicy clams and sausages…organic.

Equal parts Biancolella and Forastera, grapes indigenous to the volcanic island in the Hulf of Naples. It's highly aromatic, floral, citrus-driven, and brisk.

Rustic, red cherries, earthy mins & dry tannins on the finish; fermented in French oak for 14 days, 6 mos in stainless.
