Savory, honey-hued, semi-sparkling orange wine. Pleasant oxidative notes mingle with butter, apple, vanilla, & clove.

Late harvest Assyrtiko (white grape) aged 1 year in French oak barrels. Big, chewy, leesy, rich, & ripe. Aromas of stone fruit and lemon. Have with grilled meats and cheese plates, and shellfish, like you would with a fino sherry.

Late picked Assyrtiko from Megalochori, 12 hours on skins. Rich, powerful, but fresh. Aged one year in old French oak; sweet, honeyed, ripe. 15% abv but holds it well. Age-worthy. Pair w/grilled meat, cheese plates.

Skin contact Moschofilero, spontaneous yeast fermented, unfiltered, with only a dash of SO2 at bottling. Dry, floral, spicy.

Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. Melon, ripe pear, flowers up front, rounded on the palate, long & salty finish. Certified organic winery in Thessaly, Greece, in the foothills of Mt. Olympus.
