5th generation, organic, family winery. 100% Savatiano, hand-harvested, 5 days skin contact, 10 months on lees. Umami, green (but not underripe) vegetable notes, hints of lemon curd, marzipan, pastry... lovely texture, 13% abv.

Late picked Assyrtiko from Megalochori, 12 hours on skins. Rich, powerful, but fresh. Aged one year in old French oak; sweet, honeyed, ripe. 15% abv but holds it well. Age-worthy. Pair w/grilled meat, cheese plates.

The Agiorgitiko grapes for this wine come from the hills surrounding Nemea. It's a dry, medium-bodied red with earthy, dark fruit and light tannins on the finish.

Skin contact Moschofilero, spontaneous yeast fermented, unfiltered, with only a dash of SO2 at bottling. Dry, floral, spicy.
