Gamay from 80+year old vines, hand-harvested, fermented whole cluster with native yeast in open top neutral wood vats. "Tardive" refers to this wines ability to age, not to the time of harvest.

Organic Gamay. Fresh, bright, minerally with notes of cherry, raspberry, and a touch of spice on the finish. It's an easy sipper that will complement the meal without overpowering it. Shows best with a slight chill.
