Field blend of Merlot, Chardonnay, & Pinotage from 10 acre organic, family run vineyard planted in the 80s. Combo of stainless & 5000L foudre. Light, savory, spicy strawberry, fresh loamy earth, salty & tangy. Chill & swill!
