From an old Aligoté plot in Saint-Bris, planted in 1953. Fermented and aged 50% in barrel 50% in tank.

Chichée is on a plateau near the 1er Cru Vaucoupin vineyard. Vinified and aged in tank. Very mineral with bright grapefruit.
