Fleury Blanc de Noirs is 100% Pinot Noir. Classic, balanced between rich & brisk. Dark cherries and red fruits, herbs, and nutty, biscuity notes on the finish. Very gentle, elegant bubbles. Biodynamic.
Organic, 40% Pinot Noir, 25% Meunier, & 35% Chardonnay from four 1er Cru parcels. Sur latte for minimum 60 months. 4.5g dosage. Very fine, a touch of toast and spice, refreshing minerality and acidity on the finish.
60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay from 50 year old vines. Aged 7 years on the lees before disgorgement, 8g/L dosage. Only made in great vintages, 2011 is the current release.
1st vintage collab between Rajat Parr & Marco Pelletier. Single-vyd, old vines planted on pure chalk in Les Hautes Mottes, adjacent to Les Chétillons. Fermented in barrels from Jean-Marc Roulot for 12 mos; 60 months on lees; disgorged 3/21; no dosage.
