This crémant is made from 100% Trousseau. It’s dry and energetic with notes of strawberries, cherries, and candied fruit that finishes with brisk, Alpine minerality. Biodynamic.

Sweet, fortified Jura wine. Pinot Noir, Trousseau, Poulsard, Chardonnay, and Savagnin. 14th generation producer, certified biodynamic.

Biodynamic Chardonnay and Savagnin made in the non-oxidative style, w/ emphasis on freshness. Lemons, apples, peaches, citrus, & baking spices.

80% Merlot/20% Cab Franc, 18 months in French oak. Organic farming. Montagne is a satellite appellation of St-Émilion, on Bordeaux’s Right Bank.

75% Pinot Noir from Bouzy, Ambonnay and Tours-sur-Marne, and 25% Chardonnay from Tauxières. It’s full-bodied and leesy, with apples, pears, a touch of kirsch, and a beautiful fine-beaded texture.
