Gros Manseng, Petit Courbu, Petit Manseng. Dried flower and herbs (chamomile and tarragon), citrus fruits (grapefruit, lemon, bergamot) and and exotic fruit.

Light, lively, effervescent & lightly sweet blend of mostly Barbera, and dash of moscato and favorita.

Delicate northern Italian white with notes of chalk, lemon, and pear.

Organic, on skins for 7 days in stainless, aged in cement. From 1.5ha grown on sand, limestone, clay. 50% 20 yrs old/50% over 50 yrs old. Apricots, oranges, pretty, delicate. 11% abv.
