Organic, handpicked, carefully sorted, and naturally fermented before aging French oak barrel for 10 months. Bottled unfined. It’s silky and darkly fruity, a bit of vanilla on the nose follows through on the palate of cherries & blackberries.

Very lively, mineral-driven, lime zest, stones, crisp green apple. Lots of acidity that mellows out with air, broadening the palate.

3rd generation producer, from a 1.45 ha vineyard area, 50+ year-old vines, 11 months in barrel. Loamy, lush, vibrant fruit, lively & intense.

4th generation producer with holdings mostly in Savigny Les Beaune. 15-30% whole-cluster. Ripe red fruit, loamy earth, generous, with a long finish.

This organic white is from the grape Pinot Auxerrois, a highly aromatic selection of Pinot Blanc developed in Lorraine to replant the vineyards after the phylloxera crisis. The grapes are from 2 plots in Lucey & Buligny on clay & limestone hills.
