- Size: 2.6 ha (6.42 ac)
- Variety: Chardonnay
- Vine Age: Planted in 1987
- Terroir: Facing south, 200-meters altitude, nicely-structured light clay soil with limestone scree on solid limestone bedrock.
- Viticulture: Certified organic, biodynamic methods
- Vinification: Indigenous yeast fermentation, 2/3 in oval oak barrels (45-48hL), 1/3 in demi-muids. Aged 7-8 months on fine lees, racked pre-bottling.
