Gamay from 80+year old vines, hand-harvested, fermented whole cluster with native yeast in open top neutral wood vats. "Tardive" refers to this wines ability to age, not to the time of harvest.

Expressive nose, fresh red fruit aromas, spicy notes such as black pepper and bitter chocolate. Balanced and elegant palate. Velvety texture. Medium tannins with a round mid palate & a long finish.
