Um...yum...like gently fizzy pink lemonade with crushed raspberries and a dash of fresh-squeezed orange, and a soft & silty finish. Did we already say yum?

100% Mauzac, sustainably farmed. Crisp apples & pears, lacy honey, fresh & delicious.

Fizzy, refreshing, mineral-driven, citrus-zesty, & dry. Sauvignon Blanc & Trebbiano, natural primary fermentation in stainless steel. Secondary fermentation in bottle with must from original harvest. Minimal added sulfur and no filtering or fining.
