Biodynamic Pinot Noir, Poulsard, & Trousseau.

Organic Pinot Noir from 1 hectare of 40+ year old vines, aged in barrique (30% new) for 16 months and bottled without any filtration. It's elegant & silky, with notes of black fruit, tea, mushrooms, and earth.

Estate dates to the 16th century. This Grenache forward /Syrah blend is ripe, fruity, & smooth with black plums, violets, & a touch of earthy/spicy pepper. Just the right amount of tannic grip on the finish.

100% Merlot mostly from an old plot of over 100 year-old vines. Blended in an underground glass-lined tank followed by 12 months in barrel. Soft ripe fruit, structured, balanced–crowd-pleaser.

85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, fermentation in wooden vats with native yeasts. Aging in wooden vats for 18 months. Earthy, dry, dark fruit, bold tannins.
