4th generation producer. Wine-based amaro, made with dry Marsala.

Distilled from the pomace of Glera grapes. Clear. Grassy with hints of fresh summer herbs. Well-rounded texture, finishes with a touch of lingering dried fruits.

Biodynamic Chardonnay put into a copper cauldron with 25 spices heated over a wood fire, then put into barrels with 1/3 Marc de Franche-Comté (brandy) & aged for 5 years. Lush, honeyed, heady flowers just on the other side of full bloom. Delicious.

Sweet, fortified Jura wine. Pinot Noir, Trousseau, Poulsard, Chardonnay, and Savagnin. 14th generation producer, certified biodynamic.
