The vines of Bérêche have been tended by the same family since 1847. It’s currently just under nine hectares of organic and biodynamically farmed vineyards spread across the Vallée de la Marne, and the Montagne de Reims. Each parcel of vines is vinified and aged separately in barrel with its ambient yeasts. Brothers Raphaël and Vincent make certain that the wines do not go through malolactic in order to balance their richness and depth with bright acidity.
