Domaine du Salvard has been in the Delaille family since 1898. Today, all forty-two hectares of vineyards are farmed by brothers Emmanuel and Thierry Delaille, with help from their father Gilbert. The property is most well-known for growing deep-rooted Sauvignon Blanc in the sand, clay, and limestone plains of northeastern Touraine. But they also grow Pinot Noir, Gamay, and Côt (Malbec). Farming is sustainable.
