Viticulture: Organic since 2005, certified in 2011. Biodynamic methods since 2005. Massal selections of Négrette from the domaine’s conservatory.
Vinification: Reds: De-stemmed, indigenous yeast fermentation in cement or stainless steel tanks. Aged for 12 to 24 months in cement or stainless tanks, or in used barrels of varying sizes, or in wood foudres. Limited use of sulfur; one cuvée with none added. Generally no fining or filtration.
