Hand-harveseted and made in the Champagne method, from Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay & Cabernet Franc grown on limestone hillsides outside of Saumur. Platine is fermented in stainless steel, then aged for at least 18 months before being bottled at 7 grams dosage. This is a satisfying bottle of bubbly: stones and hay, lemons and pears, and all around delicious.
