Product description
South African blend of hand-harvested Syrah, Mourvedre, Cinsault, and a dash of Pinotage from two different organic, dry-farmed vineyards. Fermentation is with native yeasts, whole-cluster, semi-carbonic, aged 9 months in neutral French barrels followed by one month in stainless steel.
