Casa alle Vacche is a traditional small estate on the slopes northeast of the picturesque Tuscan hill-town of San Gimignano. It’s been in the Ciappi family for several generations; they farm 25 hectares of vines and 3 hectares of olive groves, with a little agriturismo to round things out.
